Tattoo Artists for Private Celebrations

The thing they talk about on the ride home.

Birthdays, anniversaries, milestone parties — the crew comes to your night, sets up in a corner of the room, and turns a great party into something your guests bring up for years. Custom flash designed around the guest of honor, a station that fits your aesthetic, every permit and insurance detail handled before anyone arrives.

Built for Your Night

A corner of the room. The center of the party.

This is not a festival tent or a brand booth. It is your people, your house, your vibe. We design flash around the guest of honor — inside references made visual, dates, motifs the room will recognize. The station disappears into your aesthetic: blacked out, dressed up, or completely casual.

Guests check in on a tablet, sign digitally, and drift back to the bar until we text them. No rope line across the dance floor. A 4-person crew keeps the night calm. You host the party — we run the station.

Celebration Timeline

From first call to last tattoo of the night

Most private parties book 6–8 weeks out. We have run smaller home events on shorter timelines — but custom flash and venue permits need real lead time.

Step 1

Planning Call

Meet your coordinator. Guest count, venue type, bar placement, flash themes, alcohol policy. We tell you honestly if a popup is the right fit for your night — and what crew size makes sense for your room.

Step 2

Custom Flash

Designs illustrated for the celebration — monograms, milestone numbers, symbols the room will recognize. You approve every sheet before print. Nothing goes on the wall that you have not seen.

Step 3

Compliance & Insurance

County body-art permits, $2M liability COI for your venue or private residence, health department paperwork. Delivered to you and your venue manager before the party — not the morning of.

Step 4

The Night

Crew arrives 90 minutes early, sets quietly while you finish getting ready. Digital queue so no line blocks the dance floor. Artists tattoo; hosts manage flow and RBS screening. We read the room — louder when the party is loud, quieter when it is not.

Step 5

Aftercare & Memories

Photo set within 72 hours. Branded aftercare kits for every guest tattooed. The content your friends post before Sunday brunch — and the story they tell at the next dinner.

Where We Fit

Built for your people

Different celebrations, different rooms — backyard, penthouse, private club. Same discreet system, scaled to your guest list.

01

Milestone Birthday

30th, 40th, 50th — the party where everyone you love is in one room. Flash built around the guest of honor. The moment that steals the night without stealing the whole evening.

02

Anniversary

Couples who want something more memorable than dinner reservations. Custom flash with dates, initials, shared symbols. Intimate pace — the tattoo is the toast that lasts.

03

House Party

Backyard, penthouse, estate — we scale the station to your guest count. Permits for private residences handled. The crew fits in a corner; the party stays yours.

04

Surprise Night

The guest of honor does not know until they see the flash sheet. We coordinate quietly with your planner or co-host. Reveal when you are ready — we follow your lead.

Private Celebration FAQs

What hosts, planners, and co-hosts ask before they add tattooing to the party.

How many guests do I need for a popup?

We recommend 25+ for a single-artist station, 40+ for two artists. Smaller groups can work — we'll tell you honestly if a popup is the right fit.

Can you set up in my home?

Yes. We run private residence events regularly — backyard, penthouse, estate. County permits for home events, compact footprint, discreet load-in.

How do you handle guests who've had too much to drink?

Check-in hosts are RBS-trained. They screen the queue and quietly defer anyone who has had too much — no scene, no confrontation. The guest gets a later text or is turned away per your policy. The artist never has to be the bouncer.

Can guests request custom designs beyond the sheet?

The flash sheet is custom-illustrated for your event — that's included. One-off custom pieces beyond the sheet are possible at an additional rate and need lead time. Most events run entirely on the pre-approved library.

Will the station take over the party?

No. The station lives in a corner. Digital queue means no line across the dance floor. Guests tattoo in 15–20 minute sessions and go back to the party.

What age do guests need to be?

18+ with valid government ID. No exceptions, no parental consent waivers for minors getting tattooed.

How far in advance should I book a birthday or anniversary?

6–8 weeks is ideal. We have run shorter timelines for smaller home events when the county allows.
