Safety isn’t negotiable—it’s our foundation.
We've done this thousands of times without a safety incident. BBP training, single-use equipment, $2M liability, and city-by-city permitting — all of it stays with us. You get the activation, not the risk.

How We Protect Your Brand, Guests And Venue
Licensed artists, single-use disposables, full insurance, and a crew that knows how to work a room. Here's how we keep it clean.
Every Artist is BBP-Certified
Every artist in our network holds current Bloodborne Pathogen certification and an active body art license. We handle individual practitioner registrations for each artist in the county or city hosting the popup — so the right people are on file, in the right place, before the event starts.

100% Single-Use Disposables
No autoclaved tubes. No reused equipment. Every component that touches a guest — needle cartridges, ink caps, razors, barriers, table covers — is opened from sterile packaging and discarded after a single use. Biohazard waste leaves with us in OSHA-approved sharps containers.
Health Department Permits, Handled
Body art is heavily regulated, and large-scale events take 30-60 days to permit. We file the applications, pay the fees, design the floor plan (including hot water access), and schedule the inspection. You don't have to learn your city's code.

Coverage That Names You
$2M per occurrence. $4M aggregate. We issue Certificates of Insurance listing your company, the event host, and the venue as additional insured — usually the same day you ask.
Workstation Sanitation Protocol
Our assistants prep, clean, and monitor each artist station. Workstations are reset under clinical guidelines between every single guest.
Hospital-grade Cleaners
Tables, chairs, lights, and armrests get a double wipe-down with EPA-registered disinfectants (Cavicide, Madacide) between every guest.
Full Impervious Barriers
Every surface is wrapped — dental bibs, cling wrap, machine sleeves. Nothing cross-contaminates.
Blister Pack Openings
Needle cartridges, ink caps, and skin prep materials stay sealed until the guest is in the chair. Sterilization indicator strips are visible on every pack.
Waivers, Age Verification, Sobriety
Guests scan a QR code, sign a digital waiver, show ID (strict 18+ for permanent ink), and pick their flash on an iPad. Our hosts run sobriety checks at the queue — if someone's had too much, they get moved down the list. Discreetly, no confrontation.
ID Verification: Digital scan confirms 18+ for permanent ink.
Health Screening: Hard checks for pregnancy, blood thinners, skin conditions, allergies.
Aftercare: Instructions emailed the moment the waiver signs.

Let's build something your guests will never forget.
Date, city, guest count, vibe. We’ll come back with a custom proposal within 24 hours — staffing, flash scope, pricing, and everything in between.
