We’re not a tattoo shop doing events—we’re an experiential studio built to deliver beautiful tattoos, flawless logistics, and hospitality that feels effortless for planners and guests alike.

Event-trained artists

Licensed, BBP-current, and rehearsed on reading a room. The artist only tattoos — no managing the line, no cleaning the station, no answering questions mid-needle. That focus is why we move 3-4× faster than a solo setup.

Custom flash, per event

No generic flash sheets. Our in-house illustrator designs 10-15 original pieces for your activation — your brand, your city, your couple, your theme. Two rounds of review, then we print. No two events look the same.

Full team deployment

Artist, assistant, check-in host, event coordinator — we bring everyone. Guest flow, consultations, tattooing, aftercare, waivers, queue management. You don't staff our station. We run it.

Safety built in

Every artist is licensed with current BBP certification. Single-use equipment. $2M liability insurance — we'll add your company as additional insured. Permits handled per city, per event. No surprises for your legal team.

The Process

How it works, in plain steps.

You don't need to know anything about tattoos. We handle the permits, the art, the crew, the aftercare. Here's what working with us looks like.

Most events are booked 4 to 8 weeks out. Larger activations or events requiring health permits should plan 30 to 60 days in advance.

Discovery & Planning

We align on guest count, layout, brand requirements, and any legal considerations. Then create a custom proposal covering package, staffing matrix, flash direction, and pricing.

Flash & Booth Design

We present curated or custom flash sets, iterate with your feedback, and finalize signage, print materials, crew outfit, and other branded touchpoints.

Compliance & Logistics

We coordinate with your team and venue on the permits, insurance certificates, power access, and schedules. If your venue requires certifications or additional liability coverage, we provide it.

Event Day Execution

Artists, assistants, and coordinators arrive early, build stations, run safety checks, and open for guests on schedule. Queue, throughput, and vibe managed throughout.
