$2M occurrence / $4M aggregate. We add your venue, planner, company, and client as additional insured at no cost. Most Tahoe resorts, Nevada casinos, and California lakefront venues require $2M minimum. COI within 24 hours.

How far in advance should I book?

8–12 weeks is ideal. For winter peak season (December-February) and summer peak season (June-August), book 4–6 months out. Ski resort and casino hotel events during holidays and major events book even further ahead.

Do you handle ski resort activations in winter weather?

Yes — winter is one of our two peak seasons at Tahoe. We run outdoor and indoor stations at ski resort base villages, hotel properties, and private vacation rentals. Our cold-weather setup includes insulated tents, heated client areas, and weather contingency plans for snow, wind, and sub-freezing temps.

Can you do lakefront estate weddings in Tahoe?

Yes — private lakefront estates on both the CA and NV sides of the lake are a major part of our Tahoe wedding work. We coordinate with the property manager, the estate's event planner, the local fire district, and the county or state permit office to handle the load-in, the power, the shade, the weather contingency, and the sanitation compliance.
