Tattoo Artist for Corporate Offsite

Tattoo artist for corporate offsites — team building that actually brings the team together

A tattoo station for your company offsite. One artist, custom flash designed around your team, and a 2–3 hour activation. We bring everything — artist, equipment, sanitation, insurance — and your team walks away with something real. This is not an icebreaker. This is a shared experience the team talks about for the rest of the year. Small groups (6–30 people). Custom flash around your company or offsite theme. $2M insurance. Every permit handled. Serving companies nationwide. Book a 30-minute call to talk through your offsite.

Why a tattoo station is the best offsite activity

Corporate offsites exist to build connection, but most offsite activities miss the mark. Trust falls are performative. Team lunches are meetings with food. Icebreakers are endured, not enjoyed. None of them create the genuine shared experience the team carries back to the office.

A shared tattoo does what no other offsite activity can. The team gets ink together — sitting side by side, talking through the design, watching each other go through it, posting the results. The Slack channel lights up that night. The photos circulate for weeks. The inside jokes last for quarters. This is culture building, not activity planning.

We design custom flash that reflects your company, your offsite location, or your gathering's theme. A small matching element that ties the team together. A series inspired by the city you're meeting in. Not a logo slap — art designed for the moment and the people in it.

If you're planning a company offsite of 6–30 people and searching for a tattoo artist for corporate offsites, an offsite activity that builds connection, or a team building tattoo that doubles as company culture, you've found the right team.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a tattoo artist for a corporate offsite cost?

Custom per offsite — depends on crew size, length, design scope, and location. Smaller groups (6–15) cost less. Book a 30-minute call and we'll send a proposal within 24 hours.

What's the ideal group size?

6–30 people is the sweet spot. One artist comfortably handles 15–25 guests in 2–3 hours. For 30+, we add a second artist.

How long does the activation take?

2–3 hours for the whole team. Best as an afternoon or evening activity — post-workshop, pre-dinner, or as the centerpiece of the social hour.

Can the flash reflect our company culture?

Yes. We design custom flash inspired by your company, your offsite location, your team values, or the gathering's theme. A matching icon the whole team gets. Location-inspired pieces from the city you're meeting in. Send us a brief and we'll make 10–15 pieces.

What about remote team members?

We do hybrid activations. Remote team members get their tattoos at a partner studio near them after the event. Same custom flash sheet, same piece, wherever they are.

Do you handle permits for corporate venues?

Yes. County health permit, fire marshal sign-off, venue paperwork, COI — all handled. $2M occurrence / $4M aggregate liability. Your company and venue added as additional insured at no cost.

What if someone doesn't want a tattoo?

We run custom temporary tattoos — they look like real ink. Great for including everyone regardless of comfort level. Piercings and henna also available as add-ons.

How far in advance should I book?

3–4 weeks for most offsites. 6–8 weeks for spring and fall peak season. We've done offsites with 1 week's notice, but the custom flash sheet takes time.
